Hi, I have been trying to inspect this cloud vs a model which I imported in .obj format.
How is it best i go about it?

The problems comes from the measurement unit of your project.
When I open the 3DR project, the unit is mm.
During your workflow, you export the OBJ in m, so the coordinates have obviously shifted from Z = 106.975 to Z = 0.107
I think that you need to repair the unit of your project in meter(menu Coord Syst.) or check this Tips & Tricks Video out to see how you can manage the measurement unit in Cyclone 3DR: https://youtu.be/EUfuYFZUsHI
