Hello everyone,
I would be interested in experiences with different VR headsets and Scene VR-mode. I am using the HTC Vive (which is working fine) but thinking of "upgrading". Anyone already uses one of the newer headsets?
Best,
Steffen

Re: What VR headsets work with Scene
Tommy, I have limited to no use or knowledge of VR in Scene, so I will ask ignorant questions...sorry.
Is the VR mode the only part of scene that a VR headset is functional? Have you ever played around with using it (VR headset with hand controllers) to do other things in Scene like registration? Do you think it would be feasible to use a secondary VR application to view Scene as a virtual desktop and use the controllers for moving scans about in correspondence view?
Something like this application but for use with other headsets perhaps?

This is probably a fools errand, but still curious to hear your thoughts on it if you have any
