Re: Fast Transfers from Field 360 to Laptop w/ BLK
I managed to transfer the entire Field360 database and files from the iPad to my laptop via iTunes Transfer and USB 3 (it was very fast).
Unfortunately, Register360 can't import Field360 files via drag and drop (like RTC360 files). This is somehow disappointing.
I hope that some Register360 or Field360 developer listens and makes Field360 database importable,it's a due feature still missing!

Let's speak or write to Leica representatives, they usually listen and report our feedback to devs.
I know very well that technically it could be done: ReCap has this feature, using iTunesMobileDevice.dll

I've already returned this to Leica Support in Belgium. I don't know if they contact upper representatives...

It sounds like that is now doable if you use Register 360 BLK Edition.markscan wrote: ↑Tue Nov 12, 2019 3:42 pm I managed to transfer the entire Field360 database and files from the iPad to my laptop via iTunes Transfer and USB 3 (it was very fast).

Has anyone else had issues with Cyclone Register 360 lagging out for a few hours on 59% while loading setups during import from Field 360 of an iPad Pro? If so, how did you resolve it?

NEW FIRMWARE BLK360 v 1.2.4 & Field 360 App update in App Store
Haven't tried it yet , but the previous ones bailed on anything we tried to import through BLK network or Lightning to ethernet.
The progres bar stalls at 49-59% with BLK data

Re: Fast Transfers from Field 360 to Laptop w/ BLK
I've had no issues transferring scans from an iPad Pro to Cyclone Register 360 from Cyclone Field 360 using the Belkin Adapter. The only thing which has thrown me off a couple of times is remembering to disable the WIFI on the iPad prior to transfer (I think that's only been an issue when the iPad is in range of a WIFI network it knows).
Maybe we can cross check some settings and see if there is anything there. Honestly, other than all the wires I'm very happy with this setup.
