Hello to the forums. Lots of great info here :-)

We received our BLK360 last week but unable to get it to recognize our Recap Pro subscription. Being told it’s an Autodesk issue, curious if I am the only one having this problem.

Have calls logged with both Leica and Autodesk but thought I would throw it out to see if this is an isolated issue. Could very well be a user problem as well :-)

ReCAP Pro recognition is always a pain. Have you loaded the next to lates version on a Computer and activated it? (My copart loaded the newest Nov 29 one and it was acting wonky so we went back to the v4.2.1.7 (it still alows download from iPAD
