I'm assuming Leica chose to use a WIFI connection as it is more stable, more secure and maybe bigger bandwidth for Transfer, but the interference with other wifi in the area that the iPAD may pick up is problematic

Finally got the Autodesk ReCap Pro for Mobile 1.2.1 to update my iPAD PRO. Did a few scans on the after Thanksgiving dinner table just to check it out using BLK360 firmware v1.1.3.
The instructions for loading the new firmware describe a SWU file. The one downloaded from the BLK site is a *.MAN file. Is this the file then that gets loaded?

We did some test scans in the office yesterday with the iPAD pro ReCAP Mobile v1.2.1 after finally getting our unit on Monday. We wanted to try it with the old firmware before we loaded the new firmware on it. Now I have to install the latest Recap Pro v4.2.1.7 so I can dump the scans from the iPAD to the computer.

Does anyone have an answer for this?

I'm not that much in a hurry as we have a functioning unit and I have not heard from many that are using the NEWEST Leica Firmware v1.1.3 with the NEWEST ReCAP Mobile Pro v1.2.2

I got this on DEC 4 and haven't located a different file yet-I will try MyWORLD login
Want to try the Thermal and HDR, but don't want to lose any functionality we have so far

Not a BLK360 user, but have had this problem recently - with the ipad connecting to other networks when the signal is stronger. The solution was to ask change the "ask to join networks" to ON.

I downloaded Cyclone v9.2.1, Register360 v1.4.1, and BLK360 Data Manager v1.4.1. Will have to try them at the office, since it is 7:00PM in HNL.

Did I miss the thermal image update and temperature/IR calibration in the above mentioned upgrades?
