Our company invested in Faro scene yesterday after using the free trial in previous month's without any issues. And today I find I cannot export my ordered fls files into recap.
I was up 3 hours last night problem solving by installing previous recap versions and re installing scene and even downloading latest SDK file to no success.
When importing fls files to recap and skipping registration, it says failed to import, scan will be removed.
E57 does the same on some scans and other scans look unfinished even though they look good in scene with great results.
HELP!

Re: Something Bad Has Happened
Hi promped, thanks for the reply that's great news its being looked at. Will Faro scene update itself or will I have to reinstall for this fix? Can we expect this to be resolved today?

Hi Bobby,
the other thread now holds two workarounds which might help you until the patch get's out. We are trying to be as quick as possible with the patch, but I don't think that we can manage to release today. Sorry.
When the new patch is available, you will have to install it yourself. But, it will be possible to install the patch "over" the current version, without deinstalling that one.

Thanks for the info. It's great to see a Faro presence here quick to get onto the issue.
