Hi there,
Generally, I haven't had many issues when it comes to the imagery associated with scans I've been doing. However, in this case, I have some differences between the pictures I'm getting on "SCENE", and the RealView I'm seeing on "RECAP". (See Images Attached).
Can someone explain to me why the difference? As far as I know from past experience, the RealView and Images on SCENE should be relatively similar?
Please advise.
Thanks in advance!

In SCENE you see just the big picture. In ReCap it seems like you see the point cloud.

Re: SCENE Pictures/RECAP Pictures different?
Looks like an image generated from viewing the scan data from the scan-head position (in RECAP), as opposed to the real panorama in this situation... I am not sure why this would be however.TByers wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2019 5:48 pm Hi there,

Re: SCENE Pictures/RECAP Pictures different?
What procedure are you using for getting the project from SCENE to RECAP?
File > Scan Project > Export Project > ReCap Project
This way should get the proper imagery in Realview
File > Scan Project > Export Project > ReCap Project
This way should get the proper imagery in Realview

Re: SCENE Pictures/RECAP Pictures different?
UPDATE: ISSUE RESOLVED
Just wanted to let those who helped me out know the solution that was found. When exporting the scans from RECAP, I had them exporting in .e57 format which would result in dark spots/lines and missing data. Turns out that I needed to be exporting as .fls files. They looked perfect in RECAP after exporting in said format.
Thanks to all for the suggestions.
Cheers,
Tyler
