JetStream Publication issues - Intensity Color

Post by xoxsniperxox » Wed Jun 12, 2019 8:34 pm

Hi,

I have an issue with one Modelspace publication from Cyclone.

I integrated 3 different point cloud bundle into the same modelspace to merge an area, but the intensity value of one of them is not in the same range.

Minimum Intensity = 0.4999
Maximum Intensity = 0.5621

Compared to the two other:

Minimum Intensity = 0.0017
Maximum Intensity = 1.0000

In Cyclone each PointCloud are viewable with different intensity value without using a Global Color Map.

The thing is when I publish the assemble Modelspace to use in Civil3D,Naviswork,Revit, etc., it acts like only one merge files and I can only use a Global Color Map to show the PointCloud in Intensity.

The result for this Global Color Map is that the PointCloud with the different intensity value range will be displayed all in single color *green*

Is there a way to counter that in different Cloudworx/JetStream tools (To control the color independently)?

Is there a way to correct the intensity range before in Cyclone or to ensure that the default color shown when open in Jetstream will be the same as published from Cyclone?

Thanks in advance!

Jim

JS/LGS exports, in essence, a unified file... I will need to have a think about this one... since you cannot control this after export.

Is the data from another scanner/source? Leica or otherwise?

Contact your local support on this. I am not sure how any normalisation of the "i" values will be brought through into the final modelspace, or if there is a means to scale this before export in such as way that JS will recognise this.
