There is something weird going on with this new report editor. It keeps adding chapters to the report, even after I delete them.

Adding to the report editor thread..
Is there a way of saving filled headers and footers with no scene data as an empty importable chapter for all types of scene data. I.E create a title block in a sense. Each time i try to save the chapter as a template the header/footers are not carried over when i import the template into a new file.
The template editor guide is not very clear in what it saves as a template.

Hi David,
Headers and Footers are managed separately.
You can save your current header/footer (as well as assigning an existing template to the current report) here:
(choose "Add to library" to save the current header to the library of headers).
And then use it (either for this report only or for all next reports) You can also define your default header/footer here:
