Hi,
I’ve been having some trouble picking up the paper checkerboards when scanning in black and white. Some work and some don't, it seems to depend on what printer the target is printed from. If I print the targets in the office they don't seem to appear but if i print them form home they seem OK. Is it some kind of setting on the printer, or the ink type?
Any ideas why this may be?
Thanks

Hi Kevin, i use a laser printer with the black ink set to print at 80%, and choose a paper with a matte finish.
