iSTAR processing suggestions
We have recently scanned a large facility and taken iSTAR images with all our setups. Can anyone suggest what software I would be best using to produce 360 spherical images. I want to use these to assist the modelling process. Thanks in advance

Re: iSTAR processing suggestions
If you want to use them to colourise the C10 data then you can process the images directly within Scene using the ColourCloud module which will also give you the panoramas as PNG.
Or you can use the standalone version of coourcloud but you'll need to export the scan positions as E57.
Or you can use our Immersive Studio to process if you only want the panos and are not needing to colourise the scan data.

Well, there's 'immersive studio' that creates pano images for you. The trouble is that sometimes the stitching isn't perfect. We used a C10 but its more the images that I want to process
You can use 'colour cloud', if you export an e57 from Cyclone, you can colorise that using colour cloud and export png's. The stitching is usually much better as it uses the depth mapping.
You can of course colorise the scans in cyclone and create truviews, though the resolution is limited to 2048.
I experimented with using immersive studio to 'break out' all the raw images and then stitched it myself in PTGUI - time consuming.

Great thank you everyone. I am looking into using Immersive Studio. I just need some pano's to aid the modelling process and this looks to be the best method. Thanks again
