those first couple pictures I wouldn't know how to even begin to model a wall with that complexity with in Revit.

For rails in Revit you can use Railing tool. Very powerful tool when you have time to set it up correctly.

Thought I'd share one of our Scan to BIM Projects. Shown here is a 3D BIM model of a multi-storey car park made in Revit last year. Modelling tolerance 3cm, a nice regular structure to model from around 250 scans (from memory).
