where are my colours

Hi, I'm banging my head against this. I have a project in Cyclone Register 360 plus (Version 2023.0.3 R25010) composed of a few BLK2G walks and some Trimble x7 scans. All of them are colourised, but when I export LGS,RCP,LAS, etc. all come out without color. Only intensity.
Can anyone tell me if there is an option telling cyclone reg to not points with RGB?
Would Cyclone export only intensities in case one scan among many lacks of rgb info?

With the 2023 versions of Register360+ with SINGLE scan without color, the ENTIRE RCP file will be without RGB color.
I hope this will be fixed in the next version, as promised.
(with previous versions, this did not happen. The points of the color scans were exported with RGB, those without color were exported in B/W)

We currently downgraded to the most recent version of Register360 (not the plus) because this is a known bug (from what our rep told us). We cant upgrade because of it. It sucks and its stupid.
