RTC360 v6.0 - Frontend revision error
We updated our RTC360 to version 6.0 last week and have started to get an error message. Canceling the error causes it to shutdown. Has anyone had the same experience?

if reinstalling version 6.0 does not help, make the firmware lower, the one that worked fine, and wait for the newer version to come out, maybe there will be no errors with it.

We will be downgrading back to v5.11 for now. We did not have any issues with the previous firmware, plus we have no use of the new features in v6.0

Be careful with firmware donwgrades. It is not recommended by leica. You could lose calibration or brick your device.

it's all nonsense, did it dozens of times
everyone is afraid to do it, but it's better than constant errors.

when there was a series of not very successful firmware, we even chose the best of the three versions, put one - tested, the old second - tested, the third - tested, the one that turned out to be the best - it was the oldest of the last three versions, that one was used. There was nothing wrong with the fact that we lowered the firmware version.
