Can anyone help me with the workflow to get a Leica BLK360 scan into Unity? I want to use the scans in a VR project but don't know how to convert the pointcloud into something that Unity will accept.

Well you need to have register 360 or cyclone register or register360 blk edition, import register the scan export it as e57 after that you can convert it whatever you need for unity with cloud compare for example.
