Yep .. been doing this for a few years. We do something similar with Civil 3D/Autocad with hyperlinks direct to scans - makes it through to the PDF plans too - makes it dead-set simple. That was a lisp routine, so pre-Dynamo in Civil.
All the links also worked in BIM360 for example (Revit that is) last time I looked.
Shame that Truview is DEAD. Gone. Deprecated. Can't even buy it.
Much more elegant a solution than Cyclone Enterprise in so many ways.
(And it is just now I see this was an old thread to begin with. #facepalm) - but Truview is still dead. RIP.
