I have an issue with some panoramas that I create, half of them insert correctly in Cyclone Core but in the other half Cyclone appears me a message
'' Failed to find Images ''
Cyclone version 2022, the same, and in the 2021 version OS windows 10, the strange thing is that half of them already insert them.

Hi,
Can you see these images when you open the raw data via the data copy tool?

Re: Failed to import panoramic images in Cyclone Core
What do you mean ? I can open them correctly in windows. Or even it import at each scan as an image NOT as a panoramic image.LeicaUK_RC wrote: ↑Sun Sep 18, 2022 12:07 pm Hi,

Μy thought I’d there is a specific format that Cyclone can handle like:
Dimensions (36708 pixels) , dpi, bits, mb
Ps :that panorama was made with automatic panorama head and is in high quality.
It’s a same in 2022 version to have that bugs.

Re: Failed to import panoramic images in Cyclone Core
Anyone knows if we need specific dimensions for panoramas or anything else for Cyclone?
Why is so tricky?

Re: Failed to import panoramic images in Cyclone Core
Check that image resolution is at correct ratio.
i.e P40 scans 290°x360°. At 6.3mm @ 10 produces a 4050x10120 scan (4050 lines horizontal, 10120 vertical) which is 1:~2.5.
290/360 is ~0.8
2.5 x 0.8 = 2
So Image should have ratio of 1:2.
My camera produces images that are 16384 x 8192. the actual res isn't important but the images won't align if the ratio isn't correct.
I haven't used larger images, but mine are typically around 30-50mb per image, all images are 16384 x 8192,96dpi and 24 bit depth.
