Hi,
A colleague has returned from a scanning trip and we've imported the data from the BLK360, via ReCap mobile to Recap desktop and all the data is green.
Has anyone experienced this before - do you know any way to fix it? The points appear to be there, as do the 360 photos, but the points are all a strange green.

You could try to download the data via the BLK360 Data Manager and see if that helps (you will end up with *.blk files)... the data will not be registered, but you could get a trial of Cyclone REGISTER 360 for this purpose.

This is interesting... I've never heard of this before. I'd like to see a screenshot, if possible.
I would restart the BLK and then restart the Recap app. Try another scan or two to see if things are still coming in green.
Does the green appear to be in the images?
