Hi All, I am trying to do some 3D piping in Revit, I would like to extract 3D center lines from point clouds in Rhino 3D then import them into Revit and turn them into Pipes.
I have only managed to get a 2D result in Revit so far, am I missing a simple step ?
Regards,
Mike

Re: Importing CAD pipe center lines into Revit
I am not familiar with Rhino so can't comment on how to import piping from Rhino to Revit. But if you are interested in extracting pipes from point cloud, you can download the free trial version of the Scan To BIM add-in from https://scantobim.xyz and extract pipes in Revit directly.
Full disclosure, we are the creators of Scan To BIM Revit add-in.
