is there a way to draw in Revit with point cloud data WITHOUT publishing a file? we use leica and cyclone register. thanks!!!

Hello,
Cyclone have an interface called "Cloudworx" but you can export your point cloud as ptx or pts and index it in Recap. Next step would be insert it in Revit and ....

we use Cloudworx and we have it for CAD and Revit. The question I have is there is a company that creates revit files from point cloud data, but they say they don't publish anything out. I can't fathom how that's possible because that would mean they're working from raw data. Thoughts? Ideas? Thanks in advance.

I guess you are using Register360 for registration. The latest CloudWorx allows to use the finalised Reg360 project too.
