Export E57 to Recap - Lost Intesity value

Post by vincent denis »

Hi all,

Quick question, when i export my point cloud project .E57 format (unified) from Scene and i load it into Recap i lost intensity value.
Recap read it like RGB value and i have no intensity. Do you have an idea to fix this on Recap or on Scene?

Thank's

I have similar issues with E57.
The easiest approach with Recap is to save copy of scans (.fls files), and import them. Recap imports both intensity and colour in a single pass.

What happens when you export RCP files direct in Scene?

It's not my project point cloud that exports (unify) but all scan station (1 rcs files by station).
That take more times to export, and after that if i want to use an unify point cloud i have to export from recap and i found Scene better to do this operation.

I want to do that because i found Autocad more faster if i use an unify point cloud.

But maybe I'm wrong, how do you do to digitize on Autocad ?
