I was not able to find Clean and Compact in the new UI or in the manual. Does anyone know where it's hiding?
It is "Wipe Project History"

Thanks
I usually do the cleanup in the individual scans. Time consuming for 900 scans, I am usually only working with about 40 scans. For mirrors, I view the scan in planar view, select the mirror glass or window and then view that selection in 3D view. Makes it real easy to delete reflections and keeps me from accidentally deleting real world data along with the reflection.
