Upload Scene ClippingBox to Sketchfab

Post by duenitas » Sat Apr 06, 2019 1:47 pm

Hi.

I'm trying to upload a ClippingBox of a project from Scene to Sketchfab but I have many problems. I create a pointcloud and mesh of an object and export it on STL format to upload but the model isn´t correct enough. So, I try using RealityCapture to create a better mesh of that object. But, I cannot export the ClippingBox selection to a "working e57 file" to RC software. I only get an e57 file of the whole project which import worked on RC. Can anybody help me with this workflow? Any tips and tricks? Thank you in advance

Rirgt clip the clipping box in the tree or on the box in the ppc 3D view and create a mesh at the maximum amount of triangles. Then right click the mesh in the tree and export the mesh in obj. Works fine for me..
