I've got a problem with Reg 360 Blk edition and Cyclone TruView Enterprise. For the last two software versions (23.0.1 and 23.0.2) depth maps have been incorrect, with wrong coordinates and measurements shown in TruView.
I suspect this is also a problem with TruView Cloud, and perhaps Reg 360 (not the Blk edition).
If you're using TruView Enterprise of Cloud, would you mind checking your recent TruView data and seeing if you have wonky depth maps. The easiest way to tell is to do some measurements of vertical surfaces and see if they are actually vertical.
Amusingly, BLK2Go data seems to be working fine now. I suspect when fixing the BLK2Go depthmaps, Leica broke depthmaps for normal structured scans.

Re: Register 360 and TruView Enterprise/Cloud problem
This is not just you. We have come across the same problem. With Reg360(full version) and both Truview Enterprise and Cloud. Truview live is not effected .
We had been chasing the BLK2GO depth mapping issue for over a year. (it holds the first depth map and applies it to all other waypoints with the file).
If it took us over a year to fix the BLK2GO depth map fixxed. Hopefully fixing what ever they broke for RTC/BLK/P series doesn't take that long.
It would also be nice if they final got around to fixing the UCS coordinates in the LGS as well. It hardly ever enables your alternate UCS and keeps hold of the single setups UCS.

Have you sent data and bug reports to Leica?
Word we got back is that our data is with software team, but they haven't figured out the issue yet.

Submitted awhile ago. Had the chance to work with the development team. Never heard much for follow up in the last few weeks. Hopefully July's release has a fix.

Baffles me that this doesn't seem to be being considered as an urgent issue.
Worldwide, I suspect this bug must be showing incorrect coordinates and distances to people working on hundreds, perhaps thousands, of projects.
I'm surprised Leica hasn't issued a notification. That seems like it's skirting very close to fairly large liabilities.
