Hi,

My apologies if this is considered as a double post:(.

I posted this also in the BLK2GO forum in case it is an hardware related question but maybe it has something to do with Cyclone Register 360 (BLK Edition) version?
We have the BLK2Go scanner, firmware updated to v2.2.0 and have since yesterday issues opening the scans. It was working last week without any problems. I can connect, see all the captures and download them. After downloading and opening it in Cyclone Register 360 (BLK Edition) version 2020.0.0 and getting the following error: Invalid data-source. No Point Cloud present. (see attachment) on all my scans.

Hope someone can help me solving this issue.
