The fence tool is still available in setup cloud. The icon maybe hidden due to your window configuration.

Move the toolbar extents to the right ( Blue arrow) and it should show.

i don't think that would be the case currently because the hotkeys should work without the icons. maybe he was in link cloud which has a bug in it (fence tool is missing in link cloud). And i think it is already reported because our sales rep told us this issue, butwe don't really use that functionality so i didn't mentioned that as a critical issue.
I dont believe the "Link Cloud" view has ever had a fence option unlike the views ( Bundle, Vis Alignment , Setup/Cloud and Sitemap ) for cleaning and setup selection.

We are having issues using our Truslicer Tool in Register360. We see bits (scattered points) of the scan data but that's it. I've followed a couple tutorials on line to ensure I am taking the accurate steps to use the Truslicer but we are at a stand still. Is anyone else having these issues or does anyone have any advice? Thanks,

Is it the performance degradation in 2021 or just how to use trueslicer?
show us a video or picture and describe your question more in depth

If it is clearly performance degradation the only solution is to go back to 2020.1, but don't forget you cannot have FW4.0 on the RTC cannot use newer blk data manager other than 2020 edition. And the biggest issue is that all projects created in 2021 or newer are not backward compatible...

We had that issue. Make sure to update your graphic card drivers. Also in NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3d settings > Program Settings Tab , Add Reg360 and set Open GL Rendering GPU to the graphic card, Power management to max performance. Restart.

It might help.
