Cyclone 9.2 not finding black and white targets in scans
Anyone else having this problem with Cyclone not finding targets automatically? It's a real slog having to open up the truspace of each scan and manually pick the targets.

Re: Cyclone 9.2 not finding black and white targets in scans
Hi James,
Has this been logged with 1st level support in the UK?
I've heard reports of improved extraction, so I am a bit confused by your experience.
I assume you can still see the targets clearly in the intensity view?
Thanks,
Paul

Hi Paul,
Yes, its been logged and hopefully we get some answers soon. Its a problem since upgrading and has affected our desktop and laptop processing. We have a team overseas with hired laptops and licenses experiencing the same problems as i have had in the UK. The targets are clearly visible and are easily pinpointed in the truspace. Its just the volume of scans to wade through causing a backlog.
On the plus side, the smart align has come to our aid a bit because at least we can see that the data will register. Though running that process crashes the computer sometimes.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?
We're facing the same issue, but it's only happening on one of our scan projects. Not sure what is going wrong, the Target Verification dialog simply never shows up, even though "find B&W targets" is checked. We tried recreating the database and importing the project multiple times without luck.

Check the preferences in Cyclone. It defaults to 6". With our P40's I had to set the default to 4.5". Just wondering if this could be the problem.
