Cyclone HDS License Manager Error

Hello, I'm running Cyclone 9.2.1 on my workstation. Last week I tried to start the program and it threw the following error:

Exception Reason
Error in Cyclone Startup

Cyclone could not find the Leica HDS Manager on the specified computer.
Cyclone server may not be installed properly, or the server is unavailable.

This may be caused by a firewall on your server
Contact your Network Administrator to allow access through the firewall.
Failure in Startup procedure.

Since then I've disabled the firewall completely, reinstalled Cyclone twice and still the same issue.

Any ideas???
