Conversion of imp (cyclone) to lfd(AVEVA E3D)

Post by Mutiu » Sat May 13, 2017 3:11 pm

Good day all,

I am trying to convert a data from .imp (cyclone) to .lfd (LFM) so i can use it in E3D (1.1 and 2.1)

I export the data in e57 format and import into LFM 4.2.1.1 x64 Advanced Mode, but the software crashes afterwards. Similar problem occurs for .ptx.

Note that the lowest data size i have so far after export in e57 is 13.7GB.

What might be the reason for crashing and is it possible that a higher LFM version would solve the problem?

Thanks for your attention.

I think I had problems before to import e57 or ptx working with the version LFM 4.2
I think was solved with version 4.3
But if you can, try with a recent version, I never had conversion problems with 4.4.
