Re: ISO 9001 Certification for a one man show.
Obviously this resolves around what services your provide but there is a lot of documentation to help you build up your infrastructure in order to get that certification. As far as surveying goes there is not much to it, mostly revolves around calibration, accuracy check, tracking when and where each equipement is being used and by who.
I did participate in getting our ISO9001 certification but I was following instructions.
If I had to start my one man team I would start here;
https://www.iso.org/publication/PUB100406.html
I would buy this book and follow its instructions.
Then I would get an external audit to come in, you would have to speak with the ISO org and figure out someone local to you for this, they will indentify where you have lacking/errors and work on fixing them before going for the actual certification.
