Buying a scanner

Okay, I'm a piping design engineer and I really want to invest in a scanner, I have been on this forum for years and have successfully scanned a number of projects on a hire basis. I'm looking for a scanner 60k budget, needs to be a good one that includes training.

What would you recommend for accurate scanning in pipelines and what software is on top these days?

I'd anyone wants to get in touch and show me a demo next week that would be great, faro or leicra I remember been on top 12 months ago.
