1440 Scanner Operation Failure

Post by reverseengineer » Sat Jan 06, 2018 3:40 am

Hi everyone,
My name is Duong. I come from Vietnam. I'm working for a company specializing in 3D technology. While my team is working digital project in industrial park, I often get error internal scanner error. As I know it is related to SD card or firmware. Can you help me to explain more detailed about this error. Thank you very much!
Wish you have a great day!

Hi Duong.

That seems to be the catch-all error for Faro, whenever something "else" that isn't accounted for in all other error codes happens, then 1440 is used.
I had a X330 scanner throw the 1440 error code, updated the firmware, changed the sd card, reset all the settings even, and nothing worked.
The scanner is now a paperweight. It had done 6 scans since being sent in for calibration.

Hope you have better luck!
