Gage R&R With Faro arm Probe and LLP

We have a Faro arm quantum S with the Blue HD laser light with the 8th axis turntable.
We have been struggling to get repeatable and reproducible values from this arm.

We just completed a Gauge r&R and the results did not meet standards.

So my first question has anyone here done a full-blown gauge R&R with the Faro arm, and what type of tolerances were you measuring against? What software are you using if so? Also, did you check anything back to datums, for example, surface profile, or position?
