Hi All, Can someone help me resolve this error on my faro s120 which is Color Acquisition Failure and the Error code1630. I am unable to find any solution online.

I cant find anything on the web regarding this error. Faro suggested to update firmware and format SD cards, its what ive done and i continue to have the same error!
I cant believe that FARO does not offer a proper solution on theyre website, there is only a "explanation" of the error which i can already see on the screen of the device. I contacted support see if they could help, and called me from sales department to coordinate a calibration which has a cost, im having a color issue!
But well in the end, i cant use the scanner i have in the past 6 months, only in black and white, i have to bring the device to Europe to run a calibration, pay FARO for it, sadly for us startups its quite investment that you rethink if its really worth.
