Color Acquisition Failure Error 1630

Hi All, Can someone help me resolve this error on my faro s120 which is Color Acquisition Failure and the Error code1630. I am unable to find any solution online.

Same problem here, with a Brand New scanner. Just after 90 scans.
I am starting to feel very worried about my purchase......

By the way could you explain if faro solved the problem, and how long time it took?
