Hello,
I am using JetSream Viewer to see a Leica scan of a big plant. We design and replace equipment in this plant.
Now with the "work from home" I am not able to open JetStream Viewer in a remote desktop.
I am using TeamViewer Remote Desktop.
I copied JetStream Viewer on my laptop and a very small file and I can see it very well, it works.
But the real file that I have to access all the time is 150GB and impossible to copy on my laptop (I've tried many times)
The message that I received when I tried to open JetStream Viewer in remote is:
The video card 'Microsoft Remote Display Adapter' is not supported.
Abort
If somebody can give any idea were to look, what to change or update, so I can continue to work?
Thank you!

Re: JetStream Viewer in Remote Desktop not open
I haven't used TeamViewer's remote desktop tool, but that type of message usually indicates that it doesn't support whatever method JetStream is using to do 3D rendering, e.g. OpenGL.
I'd recommend taking a look at using either the Windows built in Remote Desktop

or HP's Remote Boost (formerly RGS):

Re: JetStream Viewer in Remote Desktop not open
Error is usually because the remote software isn't using the GPU at the other end. Same thing will happen with RDP etc.
Not sure about team viewer and GPU use - I am sure something will turn up in google. You might be able to configure it to use the GPU - but this is the give away "The video card 'Microsoft Remote Display Adapter' is not supported."
Look at something like VNC (eg TightVNC) that does use the GPU at the other end.

Re: JetStream Viewer in Remote Desktop not open
We use RemotePC for remote access and it works fine with JetStream Viewer.

Re: JetStream Viewer in Remote Desktop not open
It worked.
I downloaded a new, updated version of the graphic driver NVIDIA.
Now, both JetStream and ReCap are working well.
Thank you all!!!
