Just installed Cyclone 9.4 and Register 1.6. It installed dependency CLM 1.8

i installed CLM 1.8 on my server where my cyclone licenses are.

Now my Computers with older versions of cyclone can open and detect the license on the server, but my PC with the new 9.4 and 1.6 opens, detects my server address but says it has no license.

Opened CLM 1.8 on my server and clicked "Verify licenses" and it says i have "12 newly available activatable licenses". Do i need to activate the licenses again for them to work on the new versions?

Always best to re-host licenses with each new upgrade if you face any issues.

If anyone gets to try out the NEW Cyclone Field360 App with a BLK360, let me know. Our unit is in Atlanta for repair and I don't know how long it will be. Very interested how the Pre-registration works as well as the visual alignment capability with the vertical tilt option.

Thanks Paul, it's done.

tested the moving objects filter but it didin't work.

Questions about moving objects filter:

- Does it work on P40 scans?
- only works in doublescans?

Side note: the Alt key on visual alignment @ register 360 now does the same that on Cyclone classic, fine moves...

I do like the Field360 app paired with the BLK. That seems to work nicely and downloading the scans to the ipad as they are scanning does seem to nicely 'hide' the slightly lacking wifi performance of the BLK. From my point of view this software should've been out a year ago with the BLK but there you go.

I am now finding the import of scans from Field360 into Cyclone or Register360 to be extremely slow. Not sure if it's just me but would be interested to hear if others are experiencing the same. The setup and connection are dead easy , it's just very very slow pulling the data across.

The moving objects filter seemed to work ok on data from the BLK. It didn't remove 100% of objects that are in the views but did give you a pretty good starting point as to where to look.
It didn't do anything with my P40 data but it doesn't say it would in the release notes. Worth a try tho.

Hi,
I am updating my P20 to the latest firmware version. I just discovered the new options of Double Scan and Double scan & Image. However in the relase note of Cyclone register indicates that the option for detect Moving Objets Filter it's only supported for BLK360 AND RTC360 FORMATS. Has someone tried if it Works with P-reries?

I believe the double scan setting means the unit itself will try to remove the "moved points" onboard.

The Register 360 option is for after the fact. Hopefully it does also work with other datasets, even if it is optimized for RTC and BLK360.

Tried the new Cyclone - and I am still getting scans imported off level from the RTC360.
