Anyone ever run into this error before? This message pops up when I try to go into Scan, Favorite or Manage.
I've tried formatting but it doesn't seem to do anything.
I can go to transfer and it shows that there is one job but the file size is 0.0
We had the scanner sent in for calibration almost exactly a year ago and have not updated firmware or anything since. Not sure why the error is showing up now?
Thanks for the help.

Re: C10 Data Partion Error
Has anyone ever formatted a C10? Just wondering approximately how long it takes.
I've let it go for about an hour and a half but nothing seems to be happening.

Re: C10 Data Partion Error
This has happened to me and it took awhile to figure out a fix. I think what worked for me was to downgrade to the previous firmware version and then reformat.
I think the reason for the message is that a firmware upgrade happened without a hard drive format before hand. Only way I could fix it was to downgrade back to that original version.

Re: C10 Data Partion Error
I had the same error but I've formatted C10 and restart machine later.
Now it's working fine<thumb up>.

The job in questions isn't very old. We sent it off to Leica in February of last year to get calibrated/inspected and the job was created after that. So I'm not sure why its telling me the job was created with an earlier version.
Leica's instructions say not to downgrade to an older firmware release so I'm hesitant to do that.
I might try to re-install 2.75 and see if that helps. Any thoughts?
