Automotive Scanning / Measurement Vacancy

Post by Joe Parsons »

Hi we're currently looking for Measurement Technicians and a Lab Manager for a new facility in Sunderland. Ideal candidates would have experience of portable CMM arm (FARO or similar) and / or close range 3D scanning systems for plastic automotive part measurement. Knowledge of Polyworks would be an advantage. The positions would be permanently based in Sunderland (UK) but there would be some initial travel / temporary working locations for approx 6 months, while the new facility is built. If anyone is interested please PM me.
Thanks Joe

Hello Mr. Parson,
are you looking for a specialist for 3D measurement of Engineering-parts? I could train your existing staff.
My skills are 10 years experience in 3D Measurement with 3D Laserscanning from Creaform (Handyscan 700), and 3D Measurement with Faroarm and Hexagon Romer. I also work mainly with Polyworks from Innovmetric.
I come from the development of the automotive industry, with a focus on plastic car tanks with all attachments.
I started my own business in the field of 3D Measurement in Architecture and Consulting.
If you are interested, write me and we will try to find a solution for you.

with kind regards
Oliver Haas
