PointCab export references

Post by myvisuals » Wed Apr 05, 2017 1:40 pm

We are looking for a smooth translation from 3D scanning to CAD drawings, mostly 2D.
Is it possible in PointCab to export a registered scanproject in Scene with checkerboard targets, scanned with scanner and georeference with total station together? I understand that it creates nice sections and plans but are the reference points from total station also exported to CAD?
Or do you need the basic suite AND the registration option?

Regards
Vincent

Do you want to register in Pointcab and import in scene with spheres and checkerboards?

After registering in Pointcab you have a pdf with the results. Coordinates for the spheres but no direct export possible of spheres and checkerboard i think.
