I found i was able to export from the modelspace in cyclone to autocad dxf or dwg and then i could play around with it from there.

Hi Greame,

with the way Tilo described you are able to hand on your point clouds data (PTZ or PTS) to your clients with AutoCAD 2011. They do not need to buy another software they just need to download and install it. kubit PointCloud is available as FreeEdition that means it is free of charge and it can import besides other formats that Autodesk missed to implement PTZ and PTS files to PCG.
Just give it a try.
