Hello,
We have a strange issue with a pointcloud in max, with autocad, civil 3d there is no problem. The pointcloud loads fine but in max it's messed up... What can be the problem? Anybody having problems too with max?
We use a faroscanner and do normally an export to .e57 with reduces scanpoints, then we use Revit point cloud indexing for creating the rcp files.

What software version are you using? Have you tried bringing the E57 straight into Recap?

I agree with Josh and Vincent. Unify and export as E57. Should import nicely.
