Anyboady knows how (or is it possible) to set the scanning preferences to measure surface (let say 10cmx10cm) or any Leica target for a longer time (30 sec - 60 sec) on distance app 50 m?
Now, in default setting it is app 10 sec. I just need that time will be longer and of course the wander result will be more points, which is my primary wish. The best way it will be scanning one point on surface for that time.
This result will help me to measure the oscillation on steel construction (tower).
Any other idea would be appresiated.
Thanks.

Gregor
I understand you want to use a scanner, but the leica total stations can measure at a rate of 0.1 seconds (I think). Why not stick a prism to the steel work and take a whole stack of measurements using auto points. I may have misunderstood your problem
Cheers
