Hi,
Our company has a DPI-8X. We also have another Primesense Carmine 1.09 which we would like to use sometimes.
When we plug the Primesense Carmine 1.09 in, and turn on the Phi3D software, we get a message regarding the need for a license of this sensor.
How do we get our other sensor licensed for use with our software?
Primesense Carmine 1.09

Re: Primesense Carmine 1.09
Interesting...I tried the same thing a few weeks ago.
You will need to contact DotProduct and have them issue you a new license that is tied to the serial number of the 1.09 sensor. Unfortunately, I had a problem with mine and was unable to get it to work...not sure what the reason was but I am hoping you will have an easier time.
Regards,
Eugene
