Dot3D scan failing to optimize

Hi Everyone,

We are using an Intel RealSense D435i on a laptop with Windows 10 to scan existing HVAC plant.
I've done numerous scans, optimized and exported to ReCap Point Cloud without an issue.
However, i recently completed a scan and when i hit optimize, the progress bar goes about 5-10% then aborts the optimization.

Anyone had the same problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
