Help with Geoslam point cloud.

Post by Peyman Bashiri »

Hello,
We did a test scan with a borrowed ZEB Horizon last week. It was about 20 minutes but the fellow who lent it to us couldn`t process it to generate a point cloud. Is there anyone here who can help with this? Thanks
Peyman

Normally the guy you got the scanner from should contact [email protected]
They have a couple of more options to process the data and might be able to fix the dataset to create a point cloud.

Or is something beside the processing not working?

I don't know how the status is currently, but in the past the scanner and software were locked to each other, so you can't just take any scanner and process it in your software - but this was in the past, don't know if this is still the case.
