Just wondering if its possible to ask ImAlign to select and delete all - line scanner feathering at the edges - I spend a lot of time clean up this type of date prior to meshing.

I don't think Align can do that, but if you export as .ply, you can then use Survey to select the polygonal model boundaries and delete from there.

Re: ImAlign - Line Scanner Data
Thats not normal behaviour from an LLP.
Check your max angle settings in your line scan options. Defaults should be 75 degrees. If you have opened it up wider than this (say 89degrees) that may be responsible for the flaring.
If not, how long since the LLP has been factory calibrated? Have you tried a re-calibration of the scanner in RDS?

Re: ImAlign - Line Scanner Data
Thanks Nick , yes somehow we have our setting set at 85 degree as default, Reducing this back to 75 helps. Also, yes we will try to calibrate using our manual.
