Arena4D not working

My Arena4D DataStudio isn't working anymore, it won't start. After the license expired message it will not start any proces, but I can see the Activation Licensing Services running in the background.

After a clean installation I could see the process running, just one time (screenshot). But reinstalling again simply won't help anymore. I've had this happen in the past and a reinstall fixed it, but not anymore.

Veesus FAQ:
This normally happens following an install of a new software version and the previous version was not uninstalled correctly. Please see the instructions for removing and re-installing Arena4D Data Studio, on the support page.
I've tried uninstalling, removing relevant registry keys and running ccleaner but nothing fixed it. The software is on our antivirus whitelist as well. Installing as administrator didn't fix it either. Other than that, there are no instructions on the support page for removing and re-installing? But what I've done should be sufficient :(

Have you tried calling them?

Any issues i've had have been turned around really quickly.
