Problem in Undet4Sketchup

Hello, I've just downloaded the trial version of Undet for Sketchup and I face a problem.
I use Indexer to open my e57 file and when I try to open the result file (.ipcp) in Sketchup I only have a box but the point cloud doesn't appear.
I try the Hide/Show command but it doesn't work neither. The wierd thing is I try to export in Layout and in Layout, the point cloud is visible.

Do you have an idea of the problem?
I put 2 screenshots on attached file.

Reply in 20 minutes from the support of Undet. They have to fix the problem on my computer with a Teamviewer session. To be continued...

Who replied to your question? I have the exact same issue and would like some help diagnosing the problem. I have taken a few .E57 files into Undet with no issue, until now.

Hello,

Empty clipping box means problems with Nvidia Quadro and some Radeon video drivers or in rare cases conflict situations with other plug-ins.

Please try these options:

1. To work with Undet for SketchUp, please run Undet software from our ICON „Undet for SketchUp 2019“, our shortcut will activate drivers for Quadro / Radeon video cards. Also please check if your Video Card drivers have the latest updates.
2. Please update video card drivers and try the first step.

Hello, it's still under investigation. My drivers are up to date and the technician doesn't find the problem for the moment.
BUT the previous version has been installed and it works flawlessly.
