Realviews from Cyclone Core

Post by mrhunt »

Anyone know why the images box is greyed out? I can't seem to export realviews with pana photos, only the colored point cloud. I am trying to export a recap file from the scan world in the explorer window.

you need to export from each scan... not from the registered scanworld.

There's no way to export a registered cloud with images?

I've tried every way in the Cyclone Navigator window but still cannot get photos to come through. I can publish LGS files no problem with pano photos but the clients all request Recap files with realviews.

I was finally able to get images to comes through in the Recap file by exporting from the scan world. I tried this previously with no luck, maybe the update to 2021 changed this.

This is how I do it with Cyclone 2021.1.2, results may vary on different versions.

This works for me with Leica Scanners (BLK360, RTC360, P-Series) and Z+F scanners.

Yep, Publisher Pro is needed, although I think it is required for any RCP/RCS export. Can't remember if the old publisher License did any RCS/RCP export.

Big Rain Storm for sure.

That's how I got it to work yesterday. I'm almost positive I've tried that before but it's working now anyways. Thanks.
Ps. It is nice to be able to pick which scans you want to export.
